Le Touquet, in northern France, is a small seaside resort. It is known for its broad beach, water sports hub, and vibrant nightlife, including clubs and casinos. Phare Le Touquet is a red-brick lighthouse with extensive sea and countryside views. The Musee du Touquet displays contemporary and modern art, along with works by regional artists.
Le Touquet has always been a playground; a light-hearted folly in an industrial-grave area. It attracted not only wealthy Parisians in its heyday between the wars - its full name is Le Touquet Paris-Plage - but also British aristocracy of the aristocratic, financial, and showbiz type.
Since 1949 Flavio has been serving high quality beef, salads, and seafood. Revered across the area for innovative lobster creations, it is an exciting place for fans of shellfish, particularly during the holiday season when Chef Guy Delmotte typically debuts his new innovation in crustaceans. Menus are regularly updated and one of the more fun choices is to select a concoction base from the 'Surprise menu'
Le Touquet has plenty to choose from for bars, bistros, cafés, and restaurants. In reality, though, it is one of the best little seaside resorts on the Opal Coast, it remains largely undiscovered for Brits for some reason given its proximity to the UK. Calais is only a 40-minute drive away
The Perard restaurant is situated within the center of town, in rue de Metz. it had been created by a neighborhood man, Serge Perard, who began to sell at the market from 1940 by making soup.
Le Touquet's seaside resort, situated along the Channel in the north of France, was founded in the 19th century. Since the interwar era, it has been a trendy major holiday destination with sumptuous villas constructed in a pine and birch forest planted east of town. There are hotels, restaurants, and casinos along Le Touquet's long sandy beach, west of the town.
Dunes Beach is situated north of the resort, in Le Touquet. Here, there is not any entertainment, just the feeling of freedom and grandeur. it's also a welcoming spot, dogs on this beach are permitted under the protection of their owners.
Located in the pedestrian center on Rue de Paris, Les Canailles is a good combination of bistro and wine bar, a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. A wonderful discovery, as the name implies, is an invitation to immerse yourself in the best of Burgundy. You will be directed by friendly and well-informed staff along with the comprehensive and reasonably priced wine list.
