Good services at good prices

Good rental conditions, new car. Easy takeover and delivery of the vehicle to Lyon airport.There should be more clarity on what should or should not be done for non-Europeans. We were told a deductible to pay in case of damages of ... 22,000 euros! We put pressure on us to sell supplementary insurance, but if our credit cards cover in principle the deductible.

Effortless experience and a great vehicle

Very impressed. Had a few mins of wait in the queue but at the counter it was quick and painless. Easy drop off too. Have not seen the credit card bill yet but I do not expect issues there.

Super fast and very convenient!

No queues and you will not get a lot of unnecessary papers. All the registration takes 5-10 minutes. We got a very nice and new car. The return of the vehicle took us only 2 minutes. We will definitely recommend this service to our friends!
